Complaints - procedure:

  1. The notification of complaints must be reported by TechBase Support Portal http://support.techbase.eu

All complaints should be reported to TechBase SA company.

Transport cost is covered by the purchaser, but in case of complaint acceptance products are delivered at the expense of seller.

Protect and pack the products properly before sending them for the complaint. Also the copy of property document and damage information are required.

Complaints examination

  • complaints are examined in 30 days from submitting
  • replacement or return of product is possible only in undamaged package with complete equipment
  • after complaint examination the Customer is informed about its result, and products are sent to indicated address
  • in case of complaint acceptance delivery costs are covered by TechBase SA company
